How to: Insert an AutoText entry.
Solution:
Type the AutoText entry name and select 'AutoText...' from the 'Edit' menu. Select the word to insert and click 'Insert'.
1) Type the desired AutoText entry's name on the screen and select it if the word is not already added.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'AutoText...'. (The 'AutoText' dialog box appears.)
3) Select the word to insert.
4) Click 'Insert'. (The selected word appears on the screen.)
TIP: After the word has been added as an AutoText entry, type the initial letters of the entry and press F3.
